EPC / Chronic Disease Management Plan 

If you’ve been referred by your GP under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly EPC), you may be eligible for rebated dietetic sessions.

These appointments focus on supporting the nutrition-related aspects of chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal conditions, metabolic syndrome and other long-term health concerns. Together, we’ll develop practical, individualised strategies that support your overall treatment plan and long-term wellbeing.

Body Recomposition

Body recomposition focuses on improving body composition — building lean muscle while reducing body fat — without compromising your relationship with food.

 

This approach is ideal for those with gym-based goals, strength training programs, or performance targets. Together, we’ll optimise your nutrition to support training, recovery, and sustainable progress.

Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating

I provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support for individuals experiencing eating disorders or disordered eating patterns.

 

Recovery is not linear, and support should feel safe, respectful and collaborative. I work alongside clients and, where appropriate, their broader care team to help restore nutritional adequacy, rebuild trust with food, and reduce food-related anxiety.

 

Whether you’re navigating a diagnosed eating disorder or struggling with rigid rules, binge–restrict cycles, or a difficult relationship with food, my approach is person-centred and non-judgemental.
